Guiding, Interpretation and Translation Fee


  Interpretation
  • Tour Guiding  JPY4,000 per hour
    (including planning, reserving a restaurant, tax, etc.)
  • Interpretation  JPY3,000 per hour
    Transportation fee etc. will be charged to the above fee.
    The minimum hours for a job are two hours.

    Cancellation Policy
    * 50% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes
    from 7 to 3 days prior to your scheduled date.

    * 80% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes
    from 2 days prior to your scheduled date.

    * 100% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes on your scheduled date or No show.
  • Translation  
    * English to Japanese  One Word  12 yen to 24 yen depending on content
    * Japanese to English  3.5 letters  16 yen
    * Japanese to English  3.5 letters  30 yen (with Native Check)
